Where can I find my booking reference number?
You can find your booking reference number at the top of your confirmation email.
I haven’t received a confirmation email, now what?
It's possible that your confirmation email has fallen into your junk box, so it's best to check there first, but if you can't find it, you can request a copy of your confirmation email by clicking here.
How can I manage more than one booking?
You're able to view and manage one booking at a time. To view separate bookings, you'll need to use the reference number for each booking. These can be found on the confirmation emails we sent you for the individual bookings.
